2014 - the year of great new beginnings!!

The year 2014 is my year for NEW BEGINNINGS!

I have lost 9.2kgs since mid September 2013 - my goal is to lose between 19kgs - 23kgs in total and I have been blogging my progress regularly.

I had lost 10.2kgs by mid December but I put on some weight over Christmas festive period and I am now in the process of getting off quick smart!

I have joined the Biggest Loser Challenge in the Hopeful Hearts Team and I'm looking forward to using this as motivation to ...

My journey is about being true to myself and embracing all aspects of who I am - physically, psychologically and spiritually. Through this approach I am learning a lot about myself, some of which has surprised me - my beliefs, my behaviours, my desires, my habits, my attitudes are all coming out into the light.

Most importantly I am uncovering where my blockages are and putting in strategies to work through them - so far this has been successful for me and I am excited about what the future holds.,,,

There are no more excuses - reaching my goal is inevitable and enjoying the journey along the way is a bonus!

I could not have come this far without the help and support of my SP friends! I trust in God to direct and guide my path in all that I do.

My Goals:
I am building a solid foundation for a healthy lifestyle now and into the future.

My Program:
My program starts with membership of this site, so I can be honest with myself, accountable to others and have all of the tools and resources at my fingertips.

I will complete my weekly exercise program (consisting of a combination of aerobic and strength training exercises) and increase wholefoods (preferably raw) and drink a minimum of 1.5 litres of water a day.

To ensure I stay on track I will log my daily nutrition and fitness activities and strive to achieve my daily goals.
