jejeje not nosy at all, I usually don't track, but I do exercise at least every other day, and stay active with like intensive house cleaning on the days I don't work out. I don't really track much of my food either because I'm very familiar with my portions already. But I do track when i'm not sure if I'm having enough protein and other nutrients. what I do love about spark people is being able to actually measure my recipes and combinations and that is a tool I use almost every day :)

I see you don't have very many minutes tracked as exercise. So just wondering if you exercise every day or if you just do not track it on a daily basis?

I know it's nosy of me, and you don't have to answer if you don't want to.
