So I'm back yet again to try to lose weight and stick to it this time. I regularly fail at diets and over the last six years have spent thousands of dollars on diet plans, supplements, and trainers. I have recently hit the highest weight of my short life and am angry beyond belief. Hopefully this time I can reach some of my goals. Maybe having supportive friends will work better than a nagging family (my downfall in the past) that makes me want to just give up. Due to my crazy school and work ...
Due to my crazy school and work schedule I find it hard to eat as often as I should and I tend to go for convenience over health. So my new plan is to try using meal replacement shakes that I can just carry the mix and buy the water or milk on campus. I also joined a Boot Camp program that for the summer I will attend 3 days a week then in the fall I will up it to 5 days a week. And last but not least I have joined a women's roller derby team, it's so cool and the women I have met are amazing people.

Thank you for commenting on my blog! I've known quite a few people who are heavy and yet their blood pressure, cholesterol, etc. are good and they are really active. As long as you are living a healthy lifestyle, then it really doesn't matter what the scale says - in my book!
