Half to Change

I need to lose about half my current body weight to be at a "healthy weight".

My heaviest weight was 263 pounds.
My smallest weight was in November 2013 at 215 pounds.
Today (3/19/14) my scale said 230 pounds.
And ya know what? I worked too hard and passed up too many good foods and exercised and tried so much and I am not ever getting up to 263 again!!!! I have slipped back up and ITS NOT GOING TO CONTINUE! I will report back soon to let you know I am back ...

My Goals:
I want to lose 50 lbs in 5 months. I read the blog of another girl (bobcatgirl76) who is close to my age and general build who did it and I want to do it too!

My Program:
Right now its not specific. I am tracking my food everyday, even when I know I've eaten poorly. I am trying to stick below 1835 calories which is my BMR. But my daily goal is staying between the 1200-1500 that my sparktracker alots.

I'm trying to remember to be more active. Its hard to create an active lifestyle. I've been tracking it on my activity tracker and that makes me feel like my time spent moving is worth something.
