Keep on Golfing

I joined SparkPeople back in July 2007. I wanted to improve my physical fitness to lower my risk of injury while enjoying golf almost daily. So far, I've been injury-free since I began the program, knock on wood.

I've been using SparkPeople on and off since 2007. I'd lose 10+ pounds, then become satisfied and lax. Then I'd gain most of the weight back until I became dissatisfied again. My goal now is to reduce my weight to below 160 and keep it there.

On the plus side, I've achieved my major objective, which was to remain injury-free so I could continue to play my favorite sport - golf.
