Overcoming my biggest obstacle - Me
Staying motivated and sticking with it is extremely tough for me. Although I have clear goals in mind and I want to attain them very badly, the motivation quickly dwindles. I must overcome this!

My Goals:
I want to lose 20 lbs by June 1st! Another goal is to lose 75 lbs by 01/01/2014. Ultimate goal would be to be in a "healthy" weight range.
My Program:
I'm watching what I am eating and increasing my physical activity. Small goals at a time. :) Joined the "Biggest Loser" contest at work. Hopefully my team will win!! :)
Other Information:
"Do or do not... there is no try." Maybe the reason for my weight loss failures is because I've always said "I'm trying" rather than "I'm doing" I AM LOSING WEIGHT, not I am trying to lose weight. I AM eating healthier. Not I'm trying to eat healthier. I need to reprogram my mind!
