I'm trying my best to lose weight and to be healthy.
I have issues with food, but I'm working on them with the help of various supports. I have lost 90 lbs in the past by eating too little. I have gained that back. This time, I want to be healthy and also lose weight. I hope I can do it!
I don't tolerate wheat very well at all, and my body doesn't like sugar either (but it loves it too much at the same time!) I hope I can sort this all out soon, so I can have a healthy, happy body.
I wish to be my natural slim self, and to be healthy in every way, as much as possible.
No wheat, minimal grains, only very little sugar, and a healthy balance of everything else!! Mostly veggies, fruits, nuts, meats, other protein and a lot of healthy fats.
Oh, the occasional dairy like old cheese or yogurt or butter or cream. XD
Excercise ~ I hate excercise but I plan to learn to love it! I kinda have to, I figure. I shall start with walking every day - even if only for 5 minutes at a time.
I'm a 30yr old female in NW Ontario. I love creative writing, visual art, theatre, learning languages, sociology, a little psychology, gothic things, fantasy things (especially mermaids and faeries... oh and vampires), sexy women, thunderstorms, and cello music. Among five hundred million other things.
I am a little obsessed with the Takarazuka Revue. Please, someone tell me they know what that is!!!

Just took a chance your page would be open cuz I just read the article on BINGES!!!! I could have written exactly what you did!!! I know exactly how you feel. If I could control my desires for certain foods, I wouldn't need to be here! How do you feel about breakfast? I'm one of those who puts off eating during the day as long as possible cuz once I start it's over with. I eat till I hurt most of the time and usually eat just cuz I want to not because I need to.
Anyway... Don't want to take up too much of your time. Just wanted to let you know someone out here feels like you do about the bingeing article.

There is no "week 0" for this BLC like we've had in BLCs past, so if you haven't already, please try to post your starting weight in the BLC sparkteam forum by Tuesday, September 11th. Week 1's weight is due one week from today (Sunday, September 16th).
