I agree, I think it could be a liability thing, or it could be it's just easier for them to start out all new patients the same, whether they are going through chemo the 1st time or the 10th time.

I have never seen wild bunnies! I found out that they do exist, and not just in cartoons. I would of had problems if I saw 4!! Wow!

Thanks for the spa goodie - I really did need a break after rotating the kits into the vet. I took them 2 at a time - first the older, more companionable ones - then the skittish ones. Caught the semi-feral one fairly easily, but the less overtly friendly one (only sits near me on HIS terms), did not want to come out from under the bed. He clawed & bit my hand, but luckily only shallow scrapes. After getting them back from the vet, Starkist came up to me like nothing had happened. "OK, Starky, here's a head rub. Want to come up into my lap? OK, run away ..."
