Let's see....my Dr. asked me how many 300+ pound 50-60 year olds I've seen recently. That and my overall health (high BP, Cholesterol, blood sugar, triglycerides...) have me trying to get it under control for good.

My Goals:
I would like to get back to my max weight allowed when I was in the Air Force, which was 212 when I was in. Starting from 306.

My Program:
 Dr. supervised 1700 calorie diet. Basically, no processed carbs and staying at 1700 calories is the main idea.
