Making Nutrition & Fitness Top Priority!

Well, here I am, at the home stretch. The final twenty pounds to go. It has taken me almost a full year to reach this point, but I'm ready for it, both physically and mentally. Every season brings new hurdles and challenges to overcome. The spring and summer picnics, and celebrations are endless, but the weather (when it's not raining) is wonderful for walking. My goal is to conquer these last remaining pounds by October 31st, which will bring me to the fall and winter holidays, with ...

My goal is to conquer these last remaining pounds by October 31st, which will bring me to the fall and winter holidays, with another set of hurdles and challenges all their own. My ultimate goal is to go into the new year on maintenance, and continue this healthy and active lifestyle.

My Program:
5 days a week -30 minute cardio workouts

2 days a week - 60 minute strength training &stretching at the gym




Personal Information:
I'm 52, have been married for 29 wonderful years to my high school sweetheart. I have two amazing children all grown up and off starting their careers. It's now time for my husband and I to get ourselves as healthy as we can. I'm a retired Pre-K teacher, and now have time to devote to my health and well-being. It's never too late, but still wish I was able to maintain a weight loss and exercise program while I was working and raising a family. My hats off to those who can and do! Very admirable!
