Taking Control Back of My Life - To Feel Peacefullness & Serenity!!

Time to change me spark page! I have been a member since December of 2008. When I first started I kicked it into high gear. I worked out everyday. Now I am lucky to work out at all. I need to make my health a top priority again. It is such a struggle. I feel that I am always on the go instead of taking time for myself. I work full time at a hospital and then when I am not at work life is still busy. Always appointments to attend and errands to run and cleaning house to be done, and the list goes on and on. Well today was nice I did not have anything to get up for. So when I got up I worked out for an hour. I need encouragement and support right now. I want to feel beautiful and look beautiful. I want to be energized! I am sick and tired of being tired. I have slacked off and really need to push myself more than I do. I have little energy left and its being used on keeping myself going and not giving up. I am going to spend a lot of time right now mainly structuring my life and figuring out the small changes I need to make and what to start with. I want to find PEACEFULLNESS & SERENITY along with BALANCE & HARMONY!

My Goals:
NUMBER ONE GOAL: BALANCE EVERY DAY LIFE! I am working on structuring my life by making calendars for fitness, cleaning, etc. Once I am able to get better control of my life hopefully (No on the positive note "things WILL fall into place")! I would like to lose a total of 75 lbs which would put me at 130 lbs. I have already lost 19 lbs since I joined Sparkpeople and have been doing well with keeping it of by eating smaller portions. So now I need to loose 56 lbs. This will come in time as I structure my life along with many other things!
My Program:
First things first - Structure my life ( I need Balance). Start by making calendars for things then post them where I will see them everday. Make slow changes! There are so many things I have been wanting to learn about and have been researching but I need to slow down and take one thing at a time. Some of the things include... living naturally by going green and using nontoxic everything to detoxify my home, and uncluttering and redecorating my home to where things are more organized, homy feeling so I can feel calm while at home. Making more time for myself especially fitting in exercise. I fell off the wagon and have been having a hard time getting back on. I will include Leslie Sansone's walking videos, Wii fitness games, Pilates, Yoga, water aerobics (I have always wanted to try), outdoor walking including hiking and bike riding (until it gets too cold outside).
