RE:25 reasons
Yeah, a lot of my reasons are superficial, in reality. As I was writing it I was listing things and realized 90 percent of my priorities were "I want to look good for ....." and I'm like "Oh, yeah. I guess I want to feel better and live longer too." Duh.
I'm trying to keep in mind that being sick and weak when you're old SUCKS because I'm just in my thirties, things are just starting to wear out on my body and I am such a wuss I can't handle it now - I can't imagine what it would be like in 20 years or so if I didn't change my habits now. Actually, that is what got me to quit smoking. I'm terrified of lung disease. I'm terrified of disease, period.
But it's really hard to make that connection with weight and eating for me... for some reason. *shrug*

Well of your response of eat more brown rice and less chocolate is true, then I would say your response is eloquent too. (And amusing!)

Thanks for peeking at the blog. I hope things are going well!

I am doing well. Slowly getting back on track after a few days of being off schedule.

Best Wishes,
