Stay Strong We Can Do it!

May 2015: Never give up, we can do it! I'm losing weight slowly but surely with the help of sparkpeople and the great inspiration and motivation that it helps to spark. I lost weight back in 2012 with the help of this site and so I know it works and am back for more self improvement :) I've lost 18lbs since January and am slowly but surely going to each my goals.

Thanks for the blog comment. I will be careful with the tree trimming, of course if it's raining or windy I won't getting up there at all! Now I just need to have a loss this week and get back on track.
