My Goals:
To get rid of the final 10 lbs of excess weight.

To improve and strengthen the muscles in my back

My Program:
4/1/14 eating a a plant based food program 70% of the time and adding fish, chicken and eggs 30% of the program. Avoiding simple carbs and oils.

Personal Information:
My name is Carol and originally from Michigan, Was born and raised in Detroit and lived in Ann Arbor for over 22 years. In 1991, I came west and am living in Southern CA. and can't imagine leaving. Have been with DH #2 for 23 years. I am now semi-retired and work 2 days/week

Other Information:
I have lost over 100 lbs since 2003 and it still is a daily struggle to keep the weight off. Still want to lose 15 lbs.

My hobies are knitting and reading.

Struggle with health issues which give me the challenge of exercising.

today you said you were planning your menus for the week. I've never done that successfully. Do you have several favorite menus that you rotate? I make it much too complicated, and then during the week it always seem inconvenient to follow the plan. I've tried dozens of methods; you've inspired me to at least try to lay down a bare-bones plan.
