Swimming once a week and then starting out riding a bike which I haven't done in over 10 years. This will be a slow steady adventure. If I can consistenly progress safely without injury my goal is to complete my first tri mid Sept 2010.

Long term goal is to reach 165 lbs. Be able to be active and hike with my husband not be winded and exhausted.

My Program:
My program that I'm working with for now.

1) Drinking 64oz of water a day.

2) Working out 6 days a week for 30 minutes.

3) Tracking everything I eat.
