I am hoping to share and gain information/experience with anyone who is interested in consuming raw milk vs regular processed milk for health, diet, and weight loss.

I went on an exercise program several years ago and despite extensive exercising, (around 10 hrs per week of fast paced tennis drills or matches), I still have not been able to achieve my desired weight. I come to realized I will have to change my diet and eating habits if I want shead that last 10-15lbs. While investigating new diet measures and ideas, I came across a recommendation for incorporating raw dairy from grass fed cows into the diet for general health and nutrition. I love milk and it has been a staple in my diet my entire life, but this was a new idea to me and I was skeptical which is my nature. Still, I was interested in exploring the notion, and after a few hours of researching the matter, (and still continuing to do so), I have become aligned with those who believe that raw milk offers a much improved food value over regular processed milk. I made the change about a month ago, and to date could not be more pleased with the decision. While the experts and food authorities warn of health dangers, it seems to me they are greatly exaggerating the risks and ignoring the changes in nutritional values that result from the pasteurization and homogenizing process.
