The Voice In Your Head That Says You Can't Do This Is A LIAR =-)

I'm 28, married, overweight (270 lbs) and ready for a positive change. This weight has become unbearable. I'm tired of being tired lol. I'm ready to get my life back, I'm not saying I was ever skinny but I was at least healthier when I was younger. I still had energy and motivation to do things which I feel I lack now. My goals are to lose over 100 lbs and hopefully run a 5k as a challenge to myself. I've heard of Couch 2 5K and have just started a few days ago when I came across this website. ...

My Goals:
Lose over 100lbs by 2013

Eat Healthier

Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day

Make exercise a daily routine

Run a 5K without stopping

Love to take pictures again and not hide from them lol

My Program:
I'm counting my calories and trying to stay between 1200-1500 a day.

Also recently started Couch 2 5K on my Treadmill 3 times a week

Every other day doing strength training on Crossbow & free weights

I'm a loud person lol, and I love to laugh. My interest vary from Art, Music, Photography, Food, DIY, and Video Games ( I'm a kid at heart) oh and 1 huge one I forgot MAKEUP lol i'm a makeup addict.
