My goal is to continue to maintain a healthy lifestyle and healthy weight. Maintain a strong and pain-free body. Exercise at least 4 times per week. Help as many as I can to obtain optimal health and wellness. Continue to grow and expand my naturopath business to a very successful prosperous business.
In the summer, cycling 4 times per week. Doing a short strengthening routine 3 times per week. In the winter cross country skiing once per week, aerobics or strength training 3 times per week.
