A story first: I was off cheese and dairy totally and doing a 92 day juice feast when a client was having a pizza (with cheese) with some others in the household. The volume of their voices increased dramatically while eating the cheese. Their behavior was similar to people on a drinking binge in a bar. That in itself told me the effects of cheese on the brain/emotions.

It is best for you to do your own research. As with everything, there are reported pros and cons with not only cheese but dairy. So, look up articles and read them. Also go to YouTube and see what you can find.

You need to come to your own conclusion. Also, it is important to realize that most "cheese" products have very little cheese and a lot of MSG, chemicals, color additives, etc. Anything eaten out at a normal restaurant, etc., and anything packaged is suspect and should not be trusted.

If you buy cheese in a store, go for the gourmet organic and expensive type and eat it VERY sparingly. Once a week won't hurt as long as it is gourmet and not processed.
