I Promise to Think Fit, Eat Fit and Be Fit.

Maybe this page will find somebody reading these words...I have no idea, but I want this to be my public declaration of my intentions. Sheesh, sounds like I am asking a father for his daughters hand!

At any rate, I want this declaration to mean something. I want it to be my accountability. For some reason it is easier to keep my promises to others than to myself. When I tell somebody I will get something done, I do it. When I tell myself I will get something done, I let it ...

At any rate, I want this declaration to mean something. I want it to be my accountability. For some reason it is easier to keep my promises to others than to myself. When I tell somebody I will get something done, I do it. When I tell myself I will get something done, I let it slide. That can't go on. That needs to change.

The promises we make to ourselves are just as important, if not more important than the promises we make to others. I want to feel the same drive to keep my word to myself as I do towards others. My word is my bond...it really needs to be MY bond, or else the cycle will continue. It is easy to find comfort in food, easy to find solace in isolation.

My time of self exile is over...it's time to re-join the rest of society. I have total self confidence in my personality (I am hilariously awesome) but have lacked confidence in my physical appearnce for far too long. This is my public declaration, my public promise to myself. Change is a'coming, and I will be its face.

To make a LIFESTYLE change. Lose weight, eat healthy, feel better about ME all around...and all the peasants rejoiced...."yay".

My Program:
Starting on 5/6/2013, I begin with attacking the foods I eat. Focus first on what I eat begin stretching and working on core strength. Ah yea.

Thanks for the note on my blog. I know what you mean... I absolutely cannot trust myself to make the right decisions when the time comes, so the more planning I do, the better. The problem with that late night snack... it's not planned, and my brain doesn't care. So, I'm working with that. Fingers crossed!
