Get some type of exercise in daily even if only for 60 minutes. Sunday is Rest day.
Get ONE full time permanent job even if it means I have to move again.
Work on my Medical Transcription home course daily...Sunday is rest day. COUSE GOALS: Course 3 to be completed by end October. Course 4 to be completed by end of the year. Course 5 to be completed by end of tax season (If I get another tax job by January)
Workout at the gym Mon-Sat including daily stretch, strength, and cardio.
Home stretches & such and walk 5 mi in the AM.
Strength machines in PM.
5-10 Bike ride when fits in my schedule.
Get back to working on the C25K program by the beginning of 2014 or at CLXXIIII.
Follow the 7 Day Carb Cycle program and track it daily.
Drink 1 gallon of water each day and track it daily.

the elliptical scares the wiz out of me! lol!So no I have not but I would bet you a million that it would track at least the steps of it and cals burned. Ya, I get sick and tired of sister pushing it! I yell at the screen, 'WILL YOU JUST GO TO BED SO I CAN GET A BREAK!!!!!?" lol
I have the fitbit one. I can't tell you how much I love it. Don't ask me which friend on here it is, but there was a gal that was chosen to take part in the spark trial and although she had a ton of great things to say about it, she prefers her fitbit. The fitbit is not water proof but I love love love seeing my sleep patterns that it tracks for me too. I am guessing you can't go wrong either way. But if you get a fit bit you have to look me up and we will have to friend each other on there!!!
