This is MY journey

I'm a 32 yr old single mom of 2 girls. I have been overweight most of my life from as far back as I can remember. I have always had a yo yo weight. My mom and sister always did too. I was 149 yay when I got preg with my first child at age 17. Before that I was very active, rode my bike everywhere or walked. I was 149 yay when I got preg with my first child at age 17. Before that I was very active, rode my bike everywhere or walked. After she was born and I had a car, I drove more, didn't think about the exercise aspect of it and went up to 182 lbs. 2 years later my marriage ended and then in 2003 I had my other daughter. I started out at 182 and ended up at 155 through the pregnancy. After she was born I stayed at 155 for a while and it was AWESOME. Again, I didn't know how to maintain that weight and after years of yo yo dieting I was up to 234! OMG I had liked to kill myself! I am only 5'2" and I couldn't breathe, I was SO unhealthy, my back was hurting, what the crap was I thinking letting myself get that big!!? So I've always tried different things, shakes, pills, anything but surgery. Now here I am. Just in March 2011 I was 234. Now I'm 206 today. Not that much lower but I have definately lost inches and I can somewhat breathe. I can pick my daughter up again, I'm stronger physically. This is going to be the best year I'm hoping. If I could just learn how to eat, I already know how to exercise. I still need motivation though. Don't get too much of that at home except from the girls. Bad habit people are all around me, bread lovers lol. Nothing wrong with bread but in moderation.

Be able to shop in regular size clothes, not plus size- (half achieved, was able to buy 2 shirts in size Large!!)

Other Information:
I love Law and Order SVU. I can watch them all day.

I don't like to cook but I am finding that I am pretty good at it :)
