Hello, my name is Hattie! A mom of 2, and wife of 12 years. My journey started in 2012. while I haven't lost all of the weight I wanted, I have learned so much about myself. Both physically and mentally.
After learning these things, I have decided to change my goals--I like to beat myself up, so things that are a bit more attainable are better for me. Check out my goals for 2016, and if you would like to be a an accountability partner I would love it!

I started on the Advocare 24 day challenge, after dieting/exercise by myself for a month, their SPARK drink has helped me to have the stamina/energy I needed to reach my daily goals
I recently relocated to the tiny town of Trenton, Illinois from Cedar Rapids, Iowa
I am a mom of a 19 and 12 year old
Married for 13 years
My favorite thing to do for myself is read at least 15 minutes a day. It relaxes me, and helps me re-center when things are crazy
