Hey chica. I just changed my weight loss tracker to fitness minutes instead because I think that is probably what I should be concentrating on. Maybe it will help motivate you too? :) Love you! emoticon

Welcome to Smart Carbing!! We are really happy that you joined us. We are a very friendly group and have many successful and knowledgeable members. Our members are on all kinds of plans such as Atkins, South Beach, Protein Power, Low Glycemic. etc. What we share in common is a desire to eat high quality carbs and leave behind the processed sugary ones that cause medical problems and obesity.
