Never Give Up

I took my grandchild to karate and she moaned that her feet hurt, that her tummy ached and she had a headache. I pointed to the sign on the wall that said, "Never Give Up." I realized that I needed to hear someone say it to me.

Sleep Deprivation is a very unhealthy problem, and if the doctor is worried then you should really try to fix that problem. I have found that if I fall asleep to noise I can sleep through most noise. Can you turn a radio on low? And what about an afternoon nap can you fit that in your schedule? Sleep deprivation will mess up you system and make it harder to lose weight! Good luck!
