This is it! For life!
Thank you for visiting my Sparkpage. I'm Vicki and I'm tired of the power struggle that I seem to have had ever since I can remember with food. I am stronger and I know that it will never control me, but this takes constant and committed vigilance and there is no other way. My Goals:
My goal is to make my user name a reality! I WILL hit my final goal of 158 lbs (healthy BMI) this year (DONE Dec. 18/10) Mini-milestones Met: 30 lbs - April 23/10 out of obese BMI - May 14/10 Half way to goal - May 14/10 180's - May 14/10 40lbs lost - June 4/10 185 lbs - 184 June 4/10 leaving the 180's - July 9/10 50 lbs gone - JULY 16/10!! Maintaining momentum throughout the spring and summer - CHECK entering the 160's - Aug. 26/10 60 lbs gone - Sept. 18/ 10 COMPLETING A TRY-A-TRI - Sept. 19, 2010 Wooo Hooo!!! Leaving 160's - Dec. 10/10 Yeah, baby!! GOAL - 158 lbs - Dec.18/2010!! Yeah, NAILED IT!! NEW YEAR, NEW GOAL for 2012: 150 lbs and able to safely maintain.

I love to laugh, dance and sing. I do none of them well, but with total abandon anyway! Fave TV shows: Come Dine With Me and Come Dine With Me Canada, Coronation Street, Love It or List It, Dragon's Den, Arrested Development (re-runs), Biggest Loser I'm in rural Eastern Ontario, Canada
