If I can do it, anyone can.

I discovered fitness at the age of 29 because although I was "skinny", I was weak. I was the anti-athlete. However, not being able to fit in pre-pregnancy clothes forced me to make a choice. New (bigger) wardrobe or join a gym. I joined a gym. I could not run one mile at a 13:00/mile pace.

Now I love running. I can run all day long, and have done that more than once. If I can make fitness a lifelong habit, anyone can.

Big mile runs must burn up lots of calories. I haven't run in so long. Walks or bike rides usually are my non vehicle modes of transportation.

You now are a motivator!

Thanks.

I noticed your question about posting your progress going across the country. Your post looks fine. You posted to the correct thread.

Be seeing you on the road!

Thanks for commenting on my HM blog. I noticed during during my run clothing dropped on the side of the road. I finally figured it out and will be doing that next time. Thanks for the tips.

Yes, I've been bitten. Have a wonderful day! emoticon

Thanks for your comment on my “cover your cough” blog. Dad & I have since learned that lots of people at a dinner we attended contracted the same kind of respiratory illness that we did within 3 days of the event. We didn’t remember anyone in the dining room coughing, but perhaps one of the employees in the kitchen had to decide between coming in sick or not being paid. You just never know.
