My Goals:
My goal is a 30 day streak without bingeing, and at least 10 mins of exercise every day.


My Program:
-- Exercise almost every day, at least 10 mins.
-- Include some cross training.
-- Try a new exercise every week.
-- Limit carbs
-- Get to bed by 11pm almost every night, with a goal of getting 7 or 8 hours of sleep per night.

I agree, it is hard to get on the floor for yoga! But I manage it. Some days/months are easier than others!
