List the reasons you want to lose weight:
Feel powerful
Have more energy
Be able to jump up and down
Be able to walk faster for a half marathon 2015
Wear fun clothes
Eliminate pre-diabetes

Trigger food / situation / strategy:
1. Junk food / stress / Don't buy it. Listen to a meditation podcast instead.
2. Booze / stress / Don't buy it for home, or only buy portion-controlled amounts. Always eat first. Drink lots of water. Be a designated driver. Don't want to get sloppy, do we?

What still annoys the krap out of me is how I can cast all this aside when I get stressed. Still working on that. One of the items on my plan4tomorrow checklist is to plan for possible obstacles/roadblocks.

Current Status:
HAZELFRUIT Only 1 alcoholic beverage so far this week. Makes it soooo much easier to keep calories within range. But it means less socializing so I'm setting up more walks with friends.

A remarkable thing happened to me yesterday - I was asked "how was your day?" and the person actually wanted to hear my response. I almost did not know what to answer - I was like "day -uh - I thought my day just began a few seconds ago. You mean there were several hours before this - ok - let me see" emoticon emoticon emoticon
