My Goals:
-- Exercise almost every day, at least 10 mins, with a weekly goal of 15+ miles walking.
-- Include some cross training on the exercise bike.
-- Find some new exercises to sneak in during the day at work.
-- Walk a half marathon in Feb and walk/run a 10k in April.
-- Limit alcoholic beverages.
-- Get to bed by 11pm almost every night, with a goal of getting 7 or 8 hours of sleep per night.

I cooked up all my almonds and pecans so I can resist the late nite snacking. I trick myself by saying for the almonds, they are good for the heart. But I know they are high in calories - don't need a lifetime of good heart in one nite.

Isn't that funny about negative splits. I always think about that. If I want to do negative splits all I have to do is start out slower than intended. I prefer to say that I'm warmed up and go hard and leave it on the road. I guess we are saying the same thing. emoticon
