HBOwatch Heading for Goal

I've lost about 40 pounds over this past year and am starting Stage 3 of the SpakDiet today (12/9/11). I'm looking forward to finding some deep, meaningful movtivation to lose these next 15-20 pounds and keep them off for the rest of my life.
