    I could never keep anything from my Mom. When I was pregnant, she knew Thank you very much for the comment on my emotional blog! It has been sooooo hard for me to keep this from my mom! She is truly my best friend and I do tell her everything! I really think my mom has a good idea something is going on too! I know that stress is the last thing that baby and I need right now!!! I truly think he will come around too! Thank you again for the comment and advice! It is very much appreciated!!!

    I can understand how Chalene may not be everyone's cup of tea. I think she's great and has been a huge inspiration for me. I'm reading her book Push. It's about fitness obviously, but also goal setting, how to get organize and get the best out of life. All the Turbo Fire workouts vary in time. The HIITS are 15, 20 and 25 minutes. The other cardio workouts are 30, 40, 45 and 55 minutes. Then there are additional advanced workouts that can be longer.
