WOMAN ON A MISSION

I have been overweight most of my adult life. There have been times through diet and exercise I have been successful in reaching a goal, but maintaining the weight loss and sticking to a healthy lifestyle has not been my priority. I want to change that starting today.

My Goals:
Drinking at least 8 glasses of water daily.
Exercising six days a week.
Setting a good example for my children with regards to their eating habits.
Monitoring my food intake and keeping within my daily caloric goals.

My Program:
Cardio 6 days a week, including jogging, biking, DVDs, strength training and walking.
Planning a healthy menu.
Recording all of the above.

Thank you so much for the goodie and encouragement! As for veggies in the a.m., when we have smoothies (most days), we do add a "greens" powder that claims to be like 20 veggies. Do you think Harper would approve of that? When we do an egg scramble, we do add chopped peppers and onions.
