My goals are less number based and more experience based. I want to be able to keep up when cycling with my husband. I want to not be afraid to enter a cycling event. I want to walk up the 4 flights of stairs at work without being winded.
Would I like to buy smaller clothes? Sure, but that will be the byproduct of reaching my goals.
I am currently trying to incorperate more exercise into my daily life. My eating habits can generally be described as reduced carb. I have no sweet tooth, I have a meat tooth. Yum!
