Decided to rewrite this introduction since much has changed since I wrote the old one.....

My name is Cassandra. I'm turning 25 this year, and that makes for almost 10 years I've been trying to lose weight. I was successful once upon a time. Starting at 210lbs I went down to a size 6 at 130lbs. I felt amazing! I was rocking the weight loss, constant compliments from co-workers and friends. I felt unstoppable. I don't remember the day I lost my motivation. I must have because I now weight 183. Back in August I weighed in at 166 and decided to lose the 30lbs I had gained. Well obviously not successful as I've gained another almost 30. I go to Cuba in May ( 15 weeks away) And as much as I wanted to be back at my 130 (or my goal weight of 120) Realistically I'd much rather be 155 (an attainable lose of 2lbs a week until I go) then the weight I am. HELP ME! !!

Much love xox

Check out the teams. My team mates have been a great source of motivation for me. And the SP challenges - there are fitness challenges that may help you break that plateau, as well.

Good luck!
