Feeling healthy and good about yourself is not an option, it is a necessity.

IF YOU WANT SOMETHING BAD ENOUGH, YOU'LL FIND A WAY, IF YOU DON'T, YOU WILL FIND AN EXCUSE.

Thanks for coming by and sharing your experiences with a loved one suffering from anxiety. It's a difficult issue to understand when you're outside of it. My DD has often said it would be SO much easier if she could just figure out WHAT she was anxious about!!

Yes - keep trying to get out of your own way and working on your dreams. Injury or no - you can still make change.

Hope you're getting better!

Thanks for your comment on my blog - I know that hip pain you describe! Hope it has settled down for you and your physio is working it out. I always get to an ice pack as soon as I can when I feel that "ping" followed by the "OW!" but I guess that wouldn't have worked if you were working!

It IS quiet around here - everyone's off getting ready for turkey I guess! I just got back from visiting my grandson in Denver - too much fun, no time for sparking.

Take care of yourself!

emoticon sweetheart. I appreciate your comment about my flowers etc. It's worth the pain as it makes me smile. I didn't put any out last year and missed the color A LOT. I got a lot of the flowers 1/2 price which made it even nicer. Now if the rabbits weren't so hungry ... lol. (The folks are in Vegas.)

Thank you for the goodie! I am in a much better frame of mind and discovering the enthusiasm I used to have towards my goal of getting healthy and losing weight. I'll feel a lot better once that surgery is behind me.

I'm glad you are doing better too and keeping up with your exercise. Eating healthy, staying active, and getting lighter certainly help to ease and sometimes eradicate some of the aches and pains and ills.

Wishing you continued success. Hugs, Mary
