Goals are per when I started, to get healthier and stronger.

Had R knee replaced dec 2014 and found out this year that my R shoulder needs replacing however not till absolutely necessary. Keeping at my physio so I don't need it done soon.

Loving myself, my life and my dreams.

-To walk the dog.
-use our recumbant bike

- to love me and my being.

I am married and have 2 grown children son and daughter. Both my children are married and my son has 2 children, a boy and girl.

I live in Atlantic Canada


Other Information:
I enjoy reading and doing crafts. I like walking the beach with hubby and the dog. I also enjoy going to the trailer and relaxing.
We have planned to FT rv however our house didn't sell, putting it back up in the spring...

    we stayed put again this summer in my hometown of Miramichi...been trying to get hubby to agree to go to the Annapolis Valley....maybe next summer? fingers crossed~~

    You can access the trail anywhere between where you live right through to Wolfville, it follows the old rail bed. For my walk yesterday I parked at Eaves Hollow across from the research station in Kentville and walked west to the marsh. You could access that stretch by parking at the Evergreen Nursing Home on the west end of Kentville and then walk east. Keep exploring! emoticon
