Sept 2016

Well have been here too long to count, haven't accomplished much but have made many great friends, and also learned lots.

Now that I have a new notebook ( tiny Laptop ) I plan to be around as it was too hard for me to finger type on my tablet.

I cleaned up this page and saved a few that are important to me.

Goals are per when I started, to get healthier and stronger.

Had R knee replaced dec 2014 and found out this year that my R shoulder needs replacing however not till absolutely necessary. Keeping at my physio so I don't need it done soon.

Loving myself, my life and my dreams.

-I will become healthy and fit.
-I also will do the best for my body that I can, mentally and physically.
-Incorporate healthier foods that are good for my body.
-I will walk daily.

-To walk the dog.
-use our recumbant bike
-to walk myself.
- to love me and my being.

I am married and have 2 grown children son and daughter. Both my children are married and my son has 2 children, a boy and girl.

I live in Atlantic Canada


Other Information:
I enjoy reading and doing crafts. I like walking the beach with hubby and the dog. I also enjoy going to the trailer and relaxing.
We have planned to FT rv however our house didn't sell, putting it back up in the spring...

    Maybe you can prop yourself up on pillows. Not eating close to bedtime helps more than anything for me. I find that as I get older it is harder for me to digest my food and it takes longer.

    emoticon Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my Sugar Addiction blog. I did well for 1 1/2 yrs on LC/HF. Then my body seemed to hit a plateau and for the last six months have lost very little. I am also without a gallbladder. My dr explained why after so long low carb your metabolism slows way down. So he suggested Carb Cycling. I've been on my new WOE for 2 weeks. I've lost a couple lbs so far. Not by leaps and bounds but I'm glad to see the scale moving down once again.
