Goals are per when I started, to get healthier and stronger.

Had R knee replaced dec 2014 and found out this year that my R shoulder needs replacing however not till absolutely necessary. Keeping at my physio so I don't need it done soon.

Loving myself, my life and my dreams.

"I dont want to stare at the ceiling in a hospital room one day thinking, I wish I would have taken better care of myself and not allowed this to happen. Jason Anders

A year from now you'll wish you had started today.

"What can I do today to make my tomorrow a better one?" BEMORESTUBBORN

Feeling healthy and good about yourself is not an option, it is a necessity.

To live a satisfying life requires two steps...
1. Plan your life goals.
2. Act on your plan - every day.

I can totally relate. It is not much fun around here either most of the time. Too much work, too much stress, too much illness, not enough money, not enough free time, on and on. Things have to get better for both of us. emoticon

I understand how you feel. It is extremely discouraging when you have no choice but to wait. Is there any recourse at all to get these stressors resolved? Are any of these problems the result of decisions you have made? Doesn't sound like it to me. Is there anything you can do to resolve any of them? It doesn't sound like it much to me either. I know you can't change the housing market unless you want to practically give the house away. Hubby and I have sold 4 houses and they all took a lot longer than we would have liked to sell and when we did get offers all of them fell through at first. Some even took 3 offers before the sale went through and for a lot less money than we wanted. Everything always takes longer and costs more than what we want it too. We still have not got my MIL's property disposed of and she died in 2011. I just hate to see you take this out on yourself. That won't make things better but worse. emoticon
