Hi there... I commented on Mona's Spark page and saw that you may be doing Chalean Extreme?... I just bought it again for the 4th time! ... long story short, I bought it, sold it, bought it again.... I liked it but at the time for some reason I felt it was too hard. I realize now that although it is a challenging workout, I started out using weights that were too heavy, so I am ready to give it a go... again!
I would love to have a challenge buddy to do this program with. Do you think you will be doing the 3 month workout soon?... I actually wanted to start it on 1/13/14, but can start sooner if you would like to do this program together.
Yes. T25 is heavily plyometrics and calisthenics. However, there is not a lot of jumping around which is what I like because my knees don't do well with ongoing high impact movements. The best part is it's only 25 minutes per workout.
You're doing awesome with the 21DSD. I completed it in January 2012 and it made me feel soooo good. Plus, I lost a lot of water weight and fat in a short period of time. You've inspired me to do it again! :) Your meals/snacks are all things I love so I may be sneaking back on your page for ideas.
