1. Time alone with God everyday. 2. Feel more energized each and everyday by exercising. 3. Track food everyday. 4. Drink atleast 8 cups of H2O everyday. 5. Cardio for 20-30min/day. 6. Clean house everyday! 7. Lose 10 pounds by 02/15/2015.
Eat less and track everything that I eat.
Exercise more. If my mobility is limited that day, do something seated:)

Full time wife and mom of two wonderful children. Our son is a football player at heart, but he plays other sports, too. Our daughter is very active in the FFA at her school.
I teach Sunday School to a coed adult class. Also, I sing. I help with the children, youth, and fellowship activities at church, too. Love Mission work in our community!
