My favourite workout is Coach Nicole's seated core workout. It may not seem like much, but you can really focus on your core, and I always find it challenging! I just do more reps, with more intensity and focus, and I feel increasingly strong in my core. I love Coach Nicole!
I tried Kenya Moore's Booty Boot Camp yesterday, and it is exactly what I need to take me to the next level! She is gentle, but she really gets me working. I like her!

OOOOF! Too bad I did Booty Camp yesterday and have that DOMS thing going, because I just did 3 sets of 12 squats, 20 mountain climbers, 3 sets each of 12 hammer curls, regular curls and tricep extensions--all with a sore tail! Strength training today courtesy of the Emerald Gems!
I did tricep kickbacks in place of the dips, due to a shoulder injury! Thanks! I needed that!
