I have been slowly losing now for over a year. It is okay! I AM losing!!! To God be the Glory! prior to 9/30/2014 built up to working out at least 20 min a day. Whether riding recumbent bike or yoga. 9/30/2014 I have lost 22 lbs now!!!! 1/9/2015 Back in the groove. Thank God! I am making adjustments to my eating habits. Eating red meat a lot less. Choosing the freggies. Loving these new habits! Loving life! 8/31/2015 I am officially 41 lbs. gone! And, I am in the Onederful club finally!!!! Hallelujah!!! I have not been under 200 lbs since July of 2004. This is a milestone. I recently bought new jeans at ON..size 14!!!! This is a moment of celebration in my life! Thank God for His strength! 4/29/2016 I am so thankful to be at the halfway point of this weight loss journey! 55lbs given away so far. 55 to go. Hallelujah!!!

My Goals:
1. Time alone with God everyday.
2. Feel more energized each and everyday by exercising.
3. Track food everyday.
4. Drink atleast 8 cups of H2O everyday.
5. Cardio for 20-30min/day.
6. Clean house everyday!
7. Be encouraging!

My Program:
Eat less and track everything that I eat.

Exercise more. If my mobility is limited that day, do something seated:)

Full time wife and mom of two wonderful children. Our son is a football player at heart, but he plays other sports, too. Our daughter is in high school and wants to study Criminal Justice.

I teach Sunday School to a young adults. Also, I sing. I help with the children and youth actiivities at church, too. Love Mission work in our community!

We are very active with our friends and families!

    You are so determined, my friend! Nothing is going to beat you.

    My favourite workout is Coach Nicole's seated core workout. It may not seem like much, but you can really focus on your core, and I always find it challenging! I just do more reps, with more intensity and focus, and I feel increasingly strong in my core. I love Coach Nicole!

    I tried Kenya Moore's Booty Boot Camp yesterday, and it is exactly what I need to take me to the next level! She is gentle, but she really gets me working. I like her!

    Keep dodging those snowballs, and I hope your left side comes back strong.

    Bravo! Well dodged!

    OOOOF! Too bad I did Booty Camp yesterday and have that DOMS thing going, because I just did 3 sets of 12 squats, 20 mountain climbers, 3 sets each of 12 hammer curls, regular curls and tricep extensions--all with a sore tail! Strength training today courtesy of the Emerald Gems!

    I did tricep kickbacks in place of the dips, due to a shoulder injury! Thanks! I needed that!

    Now, back to my page.. I really got clobbered today!
