Thanks for the tips on my page. I am doing ok I think. I am on day 2 today and feel alright about it. I am excited to see how I do on the SBD. I hope to see some success!

How funny! It seems like we are on spark at the same time! Thanks for adding me. I added you as well. I plan on starting SBD tomorrow. I have done something similar (17day diet) in the past and seen great results so I hope to see the same with SBD. If you don't mind, I might come to you with suggestions or support if I need it; which I am sure I will! I appreciate you sharing your journey on spark! It is nice to find people that are on the same journey. Take care! Have a great Sunday! Monday will come all too fast!
