i have lost 10 kgs with SP and still a long way to go, Jillian Michael is my role model and i love SP workouts..

* walk challenge for 165 km
* 2100 exercise minutes in 1 month
* climb 15000 steps in 1 month

My Biggest Challenge is Evening snacks, i have find my way throught Big Bowl of salad/ non fath milk/ Non fat yoghurt with fruits.. and checking out more variety on non fat evening snacks. :)

I know how it feels to have to resist what we love, especially when its within reach. But temptations are not getting any less any day, so my way of dealing with it is to remind myself that I work hard to move forward, and I will try my utmost to not give in to a moment of weakness, unless until I find a substitution for it =)

I was afraid of that! It looks soooo good, but there's nothing like it that I have seen in the States. All of our high-fruit juice either has High Fructose Corn Syrup in it, or is tomato-based.
