i have lost 10 kgs with SP and still a long way to go, Jillian Michael is my role model and i love SP workouts..

My Biggest Challenge is Evening snacks, i have find my way throught Big Bowl of salad/ non fath milk/ Non fat yoghurt with fruits.. and checking out more variety on non fat evening snacks. :)

Tomorrow I'll be starting Jillian's 30DS myself; I've done it before but never for the entire 30 days so this time I'm wanting to see this through and am curious for the results!

try adding some raw nuts, avocado to ur diet..keeps u full and less deprived to have cravings...
