Ingrain personal health habits to achieve, maintain and support living with vitality. Some of the habits are in "my program."

My Program:
Personally chosen food habits:
1. Eat 3-4 meals a day, rarely snacking
2. Harness my hunger
3. Eat moderately
4. Eat mostly whole foods

Personally chosen movement habits:
1. Strength train on purpose.

As of 2016, in my mid-fifties. Married with two grown step-children. Spent a lot of my life single and involved in church activities. Worked in banking and non-profit sectors.
