Just read your June 15h blog and I think it is brilliant--you've incorporated all these changes into your life that have created a tangible health benefit of lowering your blood pressure, thus reducing your risk of stroke. That is awesome!!!
Having just emerged from a plateau (I hope), I have a better understanding of how frustrating it is not to see the scale move. But I did try and focus on the other health benefits of what I was doing, just as you have.
