I don't want to spend another year overweight and unhealthy. I want to be a good example for my children. I am so thankful for my hubby and children and good health helps me to love and serve them better. I plan to use the tools here at Spark to get fit. Here's to LOSING To Win ! I can do ALL things through Christ which strengthens me.....Philippians 4:13 My goal for 2013 is to lose this last 60lbs and finally be at a healthy weight. I have come so far and gained strength, wisdom and better habits that will last a lifetime.

My Program:
Spirit Read the Word of God every day to feed my spirit. Pray for Strength Food: Pay attention to portions Eat quality foods Cut back on the junk (huge for me) Exercise: Cardio at least 45minutes five days a week. Strength Train 3xs a week Rest on Sunday!!!!! Plan my workouts and meals and keep track on calendar Weigh in once a week - Mondays (TOPS Meeting) Stay Connected on Spark
