Another year passed and have I met my goals? What goals? My goal is really general this year. Just be happy and healthy. Most of all to spread the Love. The love of Christ with Supernatural Grace, the same Grace that was given to me.
We bought a Farm..Moving there at the end of the Month.
This will be a time of "New Beginnings." Who knows what God has in store!

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 3-5 lbs.

fit into a ladies 6 pants.

Cont. my eliptical exercises.

Cont. weighted exercises.

Enjoy Life as a whole.

My Program:
Work out on eliptical. 3-5 x's a week.

Work out on ball 2x's wk.

Weighted Exercise 2-3 X's per week.



Cut back on sugar.

Eat more Veggies.



Personal Information:
I live in North Ft. Myers Fl.
I was looking at my diet plan for the day and said, "What, no cheesecake?"
So I decided that my healthy ways had fallen by the wayside and I.d better start tracking my diet. And just because hubby keeps bringing home goodies doesn't mean I have to eat them!

Other Information:
Career change didn't work for me, no matter what I do I am a therapist at heart.
As for recreation. I like to read, and read the Bible. I also enjoy listening to Podcasts while I'm out walking or doing my strengthening exercises. Allister Begg on the Truth For Life Website has become a favorite it's been like an anchor in a storm for me lately.
I love to be outdoors everyday..Walking or Kayaking...Exercise doesn't have to be hard...find something you and enjoy and "just do it!"

No I am not of Polish heritage. I am Irish. My decided husband was polish and his grandmother taught me how to make Pierogies and cabbage roll,(Guwumpky). I will look up my recipe for them and get it to you. I may be making them later on. I have a lot of the recipes put away.

Thx for stopping by my blog...! Yes I am certainly a tough taskmaster...doubt there's anybody harder on me than myself!

BUT: I DO cut loose on my bike. Those are fun times...swooping down the hills, etc. AND, less frequently but now & then treadmillin' to my tunes is fun too. However there just is BOUND to be a lot of boring gruntwork...at least in my efforts. Time where I'm just doing it to get 'er done. But that's okay too.

Beats the alternatives!

Hi and thanks for your comment on my blog. I think that I am still in the early stages of this lifestyle change - trial and error. I think that if I try to focus on too many different options of exercise, I will become discouraged. My goal is to get through this "training" program, run the 5k and then use running as something I do for fun (if that works). If it never beomes fun I will seriously think about stopping. I find that the aches and pains are getting better with time, so many I would have aches and pains no matter what exercise I do, since I am starting from being a couch potato. Thank you for your comments. I really appreciate it all. And kayaking.....ugh.....I have zero upper body strength at this point in time. Maybe down the road a ways. LOL
