Just Keep Swimming

I'm a 20-something trying *again* to drop the pounds.

I used SP in 2006 and lost almost 30 pounds! Then I was a very active undergraduate. Now I'm a new mommy working full time at a desk.

In 2011 I started running and would like to pick that up again. I stopped during my pregnancy because I was so darn tired all the time!

My Goals:
Lose 25 pounds by my next birthday (June 2014)

Exercise consistently, most days of the week.

My Program:
Because the SP program has worked for me before, I'm gonna work this program, again, for me.

In college I had success following the principles of the ABS DIET and am using it again this time around.

I love to strength train but not a fan of cardio. My routine as of 2/24/2014:

Mon- ST Abs/Legs

Tue- ST Arms/Back/Chest

Wed- Cardio

Thu- BODY PUMP! (my favorite day of the week!) + ST Abs

Fri- Cardio

Sat- ST Total Body +Cardio

Sun- REST =)
