Short Term:
-Lose 10% of my starting weight (22.5 lbs) by 03/31/2015

Long Term:
-Be in a healthy BMI range (for me, under 160) before I turn 30 in 2015.

Exercise consistently, most days of the week.

I love to strength train but struggle with cardio.

No specific nutrition program but incorporating elements from the ABS DIET and Carb Cycling.

I live on Oahu, too in Liliha. What island do you live on? Hawaii Sparkers is one of my teams, and you can catch me there. I've been on SP before and lost 60 pounds, 260-200. The transformation was brilliant, just brilliant. From a 22 to 16, so I know it works.

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog and showing support! I am not currently exercising. I made the decision to focus on food for a few weeks because I have what I consider an addiction to food...but it's been almost two weeks and I actually WANT to workout so hence why I'm thinking of starting Daily Burn. :) emoticon
