Hi everyone. I have been with SP since July 2, 2006.... Although I reached my initial goal weight of 150 in '07, when I split up with my baby's daddy in '08, I gained 25-30 pounds back... I am happy and proud to say that I have gotten back on track and have rededicated myself to my weight loss goals and healthy lifestyle... Since June '09 I have lost about 30 pounds and almost 20 inches overall... I am close to my ultimate goal of 130... I know I can do it because I have all the support I ...

My Goals:
I have set up several goals.
New W.L. Goals for 2010:

1. Get back to 150 by Valentines Day...

2. Get to 145 by my 25 birthday

3. Get to 140 by my SP anniversary (July 2)...

4. Get to 130 by Christmas

5.Staying healthy by eating right, exercising, drinking water, and having the best time of my life!

I have other non-weight related goals as well, and I know I can achieve them too.

I'm just going to take it slow, day by day, step by step. And I WILL reach ALL of my goals!

My Program:
My new lifestyle goals are:
1. To eat at least 5-9 servings of fruit and veggies a day.

2. Get 30-60 mins. of Cardio a day at least 3-4 times a week.

2. Do 20-30 mins. of Strength Training at least 2-3 times a week.

I will also start tracking my food and exercise on SP...again. To help keep me motivated, I will post on the message boards and read SP's articles...again. I have will continue with the SparkTeams I joined in the past and will join a couple Challenges here soon..

Personal Information:
My name is Heather. I'm 25 years old, and I'm a working mom. I have a daughter named Kiana (pronounced KEY AH NAH) who turned 5 on December 22nd, 2009.

Besides my health, she is my main reason for wanting to lose weight and get healthy. I want to make sure I am around to see her grow up. But I want to look good and be the Hott Mama I know I can be. :)

Other Information:
My biggest hobby, besides playing with my darling daughter, is writing poetry. I have had some of my poems published. I enjoy doing Sudoku puzzles. I also like to read books, play board and card games, and go out and have fun with family and friends.

But I don't find too much time for those type of things since I spend most of my time with my little girl. She's my pride and joy, wouln't trade her for the world!
