I am changing my LIFE one issue at a time!! From December 2011 to December 2012 I've lost 29 pounds, it was an up and down hill battle but I can say that I am 29 pounds lighter and that much closer to my goal of 150. I'm SO glad 2013 is here and I'm ready to make this another year of getting closer to my goals and trying new things!

My nutrition goal is to eat mostly whole and organic foods.

Drink at least 8 cups of water EVERY DAY.

Blog at least 1x a week

At least 10 minutes cardio 7x a week

Strength Training 3x a week

Thanks so much, I am just so flippin happy and I feel so great. I went from struggling like crazy, getting up to 222, to being down to 211.something in 3 weeks. And my body feels good because I'm not feeding it junk, I have more energy, I sleep better. Things are all falling into place for me finally! emoticon

I'm so excited to read about your plan in your blog, and I have no doubt you are following right behind me to Onederland!! emoticon emoticon

I'm so sorry to hear about your 3 days, but I know if you get into the habit of tracking you will do so well!! I was so used to doing it that it never bothered me, I had been tracking all food for a year, but when I stopped for like 3 weeks and had to start doing it again, it was such a pain!! But now I'm back to where it is just a habit and just something I "gotta do". I know you will get to the "sweet spot" where you are just doing great and things are going smoothly, you can do it! emoticon

And you should SO get a hula hoop, it is so fun!! I saw 213 this morning, I have to get to Onedelrand, for realsies this time LOL. emoticon

I miss your vlogs, but I know you are busy. How are things going? Having good days I hope! emoticon I am on a roll, FINALLY. After all this struggling I finally hit the sweet spot where this is so easy, I missed that feeling. Weigh in is Wednesday and I already know for sure I'm down over a pound, possible two if I can push it. :) Keep up the good work, we can do this! emoticon
