Alright, time for a new Sparkpage :) I have used SparkPeople off & on for years. And this year I have finally got back to using SP & sticking with it! Before, I just never utilized all the SP resources. Now I participate in team challenges & post a lot. I've found it's my key to sticking with it. I've lost 30 pounds recently and am almost out of Lane Bryant sized jeans, woot! So I definitely want to continue the weight loss trend.

My Goals:
Throughout college (and after), I've gained ~60 pounds. Although I've always been heavy. So I am committed to changing my eating habits for the better & continue with workouts. It also helps that my boyfriend has been losing weight too. So we're working on losing weight together :)

My Program:
My workout goals are:
Zumba 3X per week
Strength train 2X per week
Workout for a total of 5 days a week for 90 minutes each day

Nutrition goals:
Try to get at least 3 fruits/veggies a day
Use the nutrition tracker every day, no matter what
Get 10 glasses of water a day
