New me in 2009
I am 25 years old and have a lot of weight to lose. I have three beautiful children that are my inspiration. I HAVE to change for them! I was gestational diabetic with all 3 pregnancies. My blood pressure is now high, same with blood sugar. I am just sick of being overweight and unhealthy. i can't remeber the last time that i woke up with energy. My children are great and my husband is wonderful but this is just one thing that is putting a damper on my everyday life. its all that I can think ...

My Goals:
I have many goals in my life and I think that it is about time for me to meet one of them. I am trying to achieve a lifestyle change. No fad diets for me. My specific goals are...no more insulin needles for life!
My Program:
I have emptied out te entire house and gone re-grocery shopping. I work out for about an hour a day and eat nothing but good foods. i have found a great cookbook and the meals, snacks and desserts are phenominal!
